Question

我已经设置了我的表单，但我不确定邮件正在发送和接收的原因，但不包括“邮件”字段。

我试图改变的ID和测试不同的选择，但它似乎并没有发送消息

我有这个问题而回，与其他的网站，但我能解决它，我不记住如何。
