gae的申请不会部署

我不记得要经过查找唯一应用程序名称的过程。如果这是问题（我选择的名称不是新的），有人会提醒我如何启动该过程，除非下面的错误消息提示有其他问题。gae的申请不会部署

我很确定我以前没有上传过这个应用程序，所以也许“更新”是不合适的。我点击我的SDK窗口上的“部署”按钮来启动这个过程，顺便说一句。
