我有一个类似的问题，这是由于/tmp的配额被超过导致geckodriver无法创建Rust配置文件目录（rust_mozprofile*）。

您可以使用TEMP环境变量为这些配置文件指定不同的位置（请参见https://github.com/mozilla/geckodriver/issues/299）。此外，请确保使用driver.quit()正确关闭驱动程序，以防止配置文件填满您的TEMP。
