Anypoint工作室中的Maven错误：无法解析的构建扩展

我想在任意一个工作室中使用maven构建一个新项目。不过，我得到以下错误：Anypoint工作室中的Maven错误：无法解析的构建扩展

在我已经设置了“已安装的JRE”指向一个JDK安装（JDK1.8.0_131）的偏好。我使用的Maven版本是3.5.0。

的POM的配置如下（包括只在错误的相关部分）：

P.S.我知道这个问题已经被问了好几次了。但是我无法解决审查类似问题的问题。

显然这是一个代理问题。所以我通过在maven中的setting.xml中添加代理配置来解决该问题：

<proxy>

    <active>true</active>
