我累找出PID是在指定的端口上运行的过程中有什么，但苹果告诉我什么...

要找出PID使用特定端口：

$ lsof -t -i :9050 

命令你已经表明是正确的，那么你可能要确认是否lsof和netstat做一个更实际的工作通用命令作为测试，例如：

$ lsof -i 

如果仍然不返回任何内容，那么你就会知道问题不是孤立的。根据您的用户权限，您可能需要使用sudo执行lsof或netstat：

$ sudo lsof -i -P 

还有的可能性也不返回任何东西，因为端口可能没有真正打开：
