编译并运行Angular Project？

我不熟悉角项目的工作，我有一个新的角度项目，部分完成，我试图用Angular cli来运行项目，我尝试了所有可能的方式，我在网上找到了。我试过This method演出一些警告编译并运行Angular Project？
