它抛出以下错误消息（最后一行）

Certificate Error CertEnroll::CX509PrivateKey::Create: The system cannot find the file specified. 0x80070002 (WIN32: 2 ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND)

调试时它通过指令的Create（）没有错误...但在我的测试环境：Windows Server 2012中它是失败
