删除模拟器，并在SDK管理器，还删除其该模拟器建SDK平台。

然后，重新下载该SDK平台并重新构建您的模拟器。

为什么？

如果您下载了SDK平台并构建了该模拟器后，Google Play服务已经有更新，则旧版Google Play服务可能仍在该SDK平台的构建中。
