交易通常有一个进入订单和多个退出订单。例如,如果我以1.6100的汇率买入3手英镑/美元货币对,然后以1.6150卖出1手,在1.6200卖出1手,在1.6250卖出1手,则获利为(1.6150 - 1.6100)+(1.6200 - 1.6100)+(1.6250 - 1.6100),或50 + 100 + 150 = 300点利润。

交易也可能以另一种方式(短路)。例如,货币对可以先以较便宜的价格买回,然后再买回来。
