广播接收器不被服务

我想要实现的是告诉的位置已经改变了活动，所以它可以调用服务的位置数据。我在我的服务中调用了sendBroadcast（），并在我的活动中使用了BroadcastReceiver。

服务在需要时启动并正确停止。此外，服务中的onLocationChanged方法被正确调用，问题是我无法获取调用的onReceive方法。我真的不知道我做错了什么。

在sendBroadcast，一个操作添加到意图：

intent.setAction("example.package.location"); 

，并在活动中添加的IntentFilter还有：

filter.addAction("example.package.location");
