Luarocks不会让我安装luaposix

的luaposix Github的页面表示：

这是一个对POSIX LuaJIT，Lua的5.1，5.2和5.3的结合;像大多数库一样，它只是绑定到底层系统上的C API，所以它不适用于非POSIX系统。

Windows是一个非POSIX系统。您所描述的错误是因为configure命令的语法：

./configure LUA='lua5.1.exe' [...] 

的./在Windows命令提示符下不支持。例如：

C:\Lua53>./lua 
'.' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
