如果您正在使用Gmail，您应激活的权限。外部应用程序通过SMTP发送电子邮件。
在发展模式Rails不发送电子邮件，你应该运行在生产rails s -e production导轨或打开config.action_mailer.raise_delivery_errors = true
不要忘记使用mail().deliver或为Rails 5+ mail().delivery_now
