我正在开发一个基于位置的应用程序，其中用户可以存储多个位置，当用户通过该存储位置传递时，应用程序将通过本地通知通知用户。如何在应用程序被杀时获得准确的位置更新？

我用下面的代码来实现此功能：

通过使用上面的代码，我能够获取位置甚至是由用户杀死的应用程序，但并不像应该那样准确。有时候我没有得到位置，有时候我通过存储位置后得到位置。我需要在用户输入特定半径时精确显示位置通知。
