有同样的问题。在我的情况下，它来自JRE，它不包含在jwrapper.jar中。我下载了Windows JRE6 from here（阅读JRE7不太酷的地方），并将完整的jre6目录复制到我的jwrapper目录中。从here的Linux一样。 Windows只有32位，Linux 32和64位。
