也许是因为你已经将版本号12硬编码到openhelper中,并且以前的数据库也是版本12,所以没有执行升级并且数据库正处于当前状态。

尝试更改版本号(使用类常量)并在您更改数据库模式时增加版本号。仅当指定的版本大于数据库版本时才会调用OnUpgrade
