我遇到了类似的问题。我找不到让AdWords脚本使用BQ API在Google Developer Console中的现有项目下运行的方法。不知何故，AdWords需要使用Advanced Google Services为每个脚本创建一个单独的项目。我在与Google表格工作簿绑定的脚本中遇到了与Gmail API类似的问题。

The API "bigquery.googleapis.com" doesn't exist or you don't have permission to access it
