我敢肯定，你不需要创建自己的cxf.xml它已经提供cxf-core jar。所以我认为你不应该覆盖它。因为它会创建一个新的Spring总线，可能无法用cxf方式正确配置。删除该cxf.xml以避免混淆，只需在您的bean.xml中导入cxf.xml，然后将您的cxf.xml代码放入您的bean.xml中。尝试使用此更新的bean.xml。
