我有一个服务于application.css文件在生产模式下，当一个Rails 3.1的应用程序。 After having some unrelated problems我发现了precompiling the assets使用：

bundle exec rake assets:precompile RAILS_ENV=production

我有完全相同的问题，并通过在我的production.rb文件中将此选项更改为true（默认为false）来解决此问题。
