还没有浏览器F5后自动打开。（但是当我手动去url时，网站会打开）。

而且我也不能在2017年创建核心web项目来查看它是如何工作的 - VS只是在底线和空解决方案资源管理器中写下“无法创建项目”的内容，只创建了文件夹，输出中没有任何内容， devenv /Log C:/log.xml日志。
