回形针+的Heroku + S3问题

我跟着this tutorial建立回形针与Heroku的S3。它工作正常！但现在我搬到了一个新的项目，我试图复制我第一次使图像上传工作进行的步骤。但我无法做到，这让我疯狂！请帮我解决这个问题...我已经失去了几个小时。： -/回形针+的Heroku + S3问题
