苹果推送消息

我正在整合推送提供商服务器与代码（php-apns）从谷歌代码。除了每条消息的字节数外，一切看起来都很好。苹果推送消息

每个有效负载的字节数应该最多为256个字符。

如果发送了一些Chinse字符或UTF8字符。在JSON_enode之后，每个字符将占用6个字节。我对吗？

所以在每个推送消息UTF8字符的最大数目大约是38

但是...... WhatsApp的（iPhone应用程序）使用PUSH过，但它可以推动更多的中国字......在一个推送消息？
