rmagick仅仅是ImageMagick的包装。 extconf.rb正在通过运行identify（它是ImageMagick提供的程序之一）来检查ImageMagick的存在。它没有找到它，因此No such file or directory消息。

您需要安装ImageMagick并确保其可执行文件位于您的路径中。
