随着这一变化的尝试：https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/46261/，即我们在二月合并2017年，JGit应该能够遵循HTTP 301状态码（永久移动）。

但是，CloneCommand似乎还没有工作。我可以验证你的代码片段抛出TransportException。
