为什么有不止一种方法注册http处理程序？

<system.web>部分适用于IIS6及以下版本，而<system.webServer>适用于IIS7及更高版本。 web.config的布局是为IIS7重新设计的，使其更强大/更友好，但是以向后兼容为代价。
