sublime text2包控制cannit找到任何安装包

我在windows 7 64bit上使用了崇高的text2。并且我成功安装了包控件，然后使用了ctrl + alt + P，然后输入：install package，然后出现错误。

看来我无法访问服务器，我是否需要设置代理或进行一些网络设置？

是的，只需在Package Control Settings中设置http_proxy和https_proxy变量即可。存根已经给出。该格式应该如下，

http://username:password@proxyHost:proxyPort 

和

https://username:password@proxyHost:proxyPort 

的username:password位是可选的。
