(1) go to Tools>Options>Web Browser, 
(2) change the conetents of Home 
Page and point to ....http://msdn.microsoft.com, and 
(3) click the Ok button. 

Those messages are gone when I give it a try in the Seach tab.

关闭Visual Studio中含。帮助（MS Help Viewer），然后进入％LOCALAPPDATA％\ Microsoft \（在我的情况下是“C：\ Users \ Administrator \ AppData \ Local \ Microsoft \”）并将HelpViewer2.0目录重命名为HelpViewer2.0。旧的（以防万一），然后重新启动IDE。如果需要，请重新配置Visual Studio帮助查看器以供本地使用。这为我修好了。祝你好运！
