JQuery比较任何匹配数组

Question

我有一个非常简单的问题，但我不能解决它。

表单提交我想比较两个隐藏输入类型的值，如果发现任何匹配，则向用户返回警报并阻止提交。几乎隐藏的输入类型值将是1-3，可能是1,12,123,13等。所以如果1和123，发出警报。
