我只是用git/github弄湿我的脚。请多多包涵。

我花了大约2个小时处理gh-pages存储库的一组文件。我编辑了一些现有的文件，并在那段时间创建了一些新文件。

当我打开github for mac时，我看到有14个未提交的更改。愚蠢的是，我在提交之前点击了“同步”按钮，并且对本地文件的编辑消失了。

有没有办法检索它们或者是所有失去工作？
