休眠aliasToBean不会将字符串转换为枚举

我有下面的查询，是在列列表中选择一个常量，我期待aliasToBean将字符串转换为适当的枚举类型。休眠aliasToBean不会将字符串转换为枚举

我已经映射其他实体的枚举属性作为字符串，没有任何问题。
