的javadoc无法访问脱机

Question

Hey i am using Eclipse mars on windows 10 and everytime i hover my mouse on a method 
or anything, it says 

“所附的Javadoc不能作为指定的Javadoc 位置或者是错误的或者 目前无法访问检索到的。”

but it shows the javadoc when i am connected to internet.  
this was not the case before,how do i restore it??

在Eclipse中，去窗口，首选项，浏览到Javadoc选项或者在那里说：“型过滤文本”类型的javadoc。检查是否选中了“处理Javadoc注释”选项。在您选中/取消选中该选项后，它可能会要求您完全重建项目。
