我试图在pgAdmin建立到PostgresSQL服务器的连接。我总是得到消息：PostgreSQL无法从服务器接收数据：软件导致连接中止（0x00002745/10053）

could not receive data from server: Software caused connection abort (0x00002745/10053).

我读了几帖里的人有同样的问题，但他们并没有帮助我。

因为我的版本有点老，我卸载了整个postgresql，并安装了最新版本的EnterpriseDB安装程序（在Windows 64上的PostgreSQL 9.6）。一切都很美好。但我无法再从pgAdmin 4连接到服务器。我收到相同的错误消息。

In the logfile is written: "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"

有没有人知道问题可能是什么？

对我来说，部分解决方案是每次用NET STOP和NET START启动计算机后重新启动postgresql-server。这很麻烦，但工作。因为我的电脑还有其他连接问题，随后我将系统更新到Windows 10，这完全解决了我所有的问题。
