只是看看http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4566 - 它描述了每一个领域与m=...线，定义可用编解码器列表开始，然后检查a=...。他们每个人找出哪些编解码器是（a=rtpmap:）什么参数，它使用（a=fmp:）。
