您应该为可能在那里的操作系统应用任何修补程序(特别是如果他们提到它们与终端服务器或RDP相关)。您也应该联系Microsoft支持。

崩溃转储看起来像在RDP驱动程序中发生崩溃。

即使winoac.exe应用程序将不良数据传递到导致崩溃的win32k.sys(显示子系统),设备驱动程序也不会让系统崩溃 - 它们应该检测并正确处理问题,即使它意味着应用程序崩溃。司机应该永远不会崩溃,所以MS应该对此感兴趣,以便他们能够修复它。

除非Smartware开发了自己的驱动程序,否则用户模式应用程序不应该蓝屏一台Windows NT服务器。

因此,忽略所有这些信息,您要么查看有问题的设备驱动程序 - 第1步 - 在系统上查找并安装驱动程序的任何更新,或者硬件开始出现故障。即使没有bug的驱动程序可能也需要在他们所依赖的实际硬件失败时进行错误检查。
