角度消费laravel api

Question

我正在laravel 5/angular 1应用上工作！ 我想在我的应用程序中使用数据库信息，但我在视图中以json格式获取它们！ 这里的角控制器：

这是我的错！在路由部分，我有：Route::get('resident.alerts', ['uses'=>alertsController@index', 'as'=>'resident.alerts']);和alertsControllers中的索引方法返回警报（返回Alert :: all（））！这就是我得到的结果背后的原因！
