运行时，应用程序运行时fine.But我重新启动手机，应用程序错误在：

if (intent.getAction().equals("android.intent.action.NEW_OUTGOING_CALL"))

if(intent != null && !TextUtils.isEmplty(intent.getAction()) 
{ 

}
