OrmLiteAuthRepository未使用ServiceStack解析

Question

我在尝试从Global.asax中的服务堆栈中解析“OrmLiteAuthRepository”时出现问题。看来我为我的项目安装了NuGet（install-package ServiceStack）的正确软件包。

在同一个文件中，我可以创建，注册和自动连线我的ORMMySql连接，并使用InMemoryAuthRepository配置IUserAuthRepository。

明智的环境我有Visual Studio 2013和ServiceStack 4.0.8。

任何想法我的问题是解决OrmLiteAuthRepository的解决方案问题？

OrmLiteAuthRepository已移至新的ServiceStack.Server v4中的NuGet包。

v4 Release Notes已记录其他突破性更改。
