XAMPP Apache＆MySQL服务器无法启动

aI有两个服务无法启动的问题。在两者上，我得到消息

Error: MySQL shutdown unexpectedly.（与apache相同）。

我已经将Apache服务器的端口从80改为8080和443改为4433，也让其他人检查，这没有帮助。

我在这里的类似帖子上尝试了一些解决方案，如删除mysql文件夹中的ibdata1文件，但这些似乎都不起作用。我甚至不认为这些可能会解决它，因为这两种服务都受到影响。

我的另一个想法是，我没有足够的权利在电脑上运行这些服务，但我以管理员身份登录，我也有一个postgres服务运行，我可以停止并重新启动。

我发现了另一个解决方案，为我工作！ 如果有人有这个问题，尝试通过位于xampp-directory的批处理文件“apache_start”启动apache。这给了我的错误：

ServerRoot must be a valid directory

这又可以通过运行“setup_xampp”批处理文件，位于同一目录中解决。完成后，apache & mysql再次运行。
