离子1.3不启动新应用程序

Question

我安装了成功安装的离子v 1.3（意味着安装过程中没有错误）。安装时，当我跑以下命令

ionic start myApp tabs 

后则给出了下面的输出

我也卸载并重新安装离子，但仍然出现以上错误。
