当我试图在Windows下安装Pillow时，我得到了类似的gcc失败，原因显然是过时的setuptools版本。

Installation docs say：

注：实验。需要setuptools的> = 0.8和PIP> = 1.4.1
$ pip install --use-wheel Pillow

所以，我updated setuptools（确保我删除了旧版本）和PIP安装开始工作得很好。
