订单中有缺货商品时更改订单状态

Question

在WooCommerce中，如果此订单中有后退订购商品，如何将on-hold订单状态更改为其他商品？

我试图使用一个自定义函数挂在woocommerce_order_status_on-hold行动挂钩没有成功。

Updated compatibility for woocommerce 3+
