XSLT区分大小写。您的XML属性和listID，但您的XSLT正在寻找ListID（使用大写L）。尝试改变模板这样：

     <xsl:value-of select="'MROClass'"/> 
    </xsl:attribute> 
</xsl:template> 

需要注意的是，你并不真的需要输出的文本与xsl:value-of，你可以这样做......
