重新启动应用程序（Oncreate）在方向更改

我在我的应用程序中有一个计时器，我想重新启动计时器，如果方向在所有4个方向更改。我试图通过添加Onconfigurationchanged（）方法来实现，但它并没有为我调用和工作。
