标准的Django userena URL的期望用户名是在URL中使用Django的userena但没有用户：

/accounts/USER/ # for profile view 
/accounts/USER/edit/ # to edit the profile 

我的用户配置文件都将被关闭，所以我宁愿我的网址不包括用户：

/accounts/ # would show the profile view (or signin if they aren't logged in) 
/accounts/edit/ # to edit the profile
