程序没有读取来自URL的输入

所以我的程序应该从URL读取一个名称列表，以玩猜名游戏;但是，该程序似乎无法读取URL中的任何内容，更不用说将其添加到ArrayList中。运行该程序时，我所得到的是“此列表中有0个名称”，表示没有从该URL添加名称。

当我使用调试器并进入URL时，出现错误提示“无法执行，选定的线程未挂起”。
