重写规则404没有找到

为什么在bandidos不会这个工作？ 404未找到

RewriteRule ^threads/cats/([0-9]+)$ /forum/cats.php?id=$1 

Apache的错误日志：

尝试用/前缀，并添加一个?只是柜面这是没有必要的。
