当您使用绑定变量,甲骨文被迫使用dynamic partition pruning而不是static partition pruning。这样做的结果是,Oracle在分析时不知道哪些分区将被访问,因为这会根据您的输入变量而改变。

这意味着当使用文字值(而不是绑定变量)时,我们知道哪些分区将被本地索引访问。因此,在删除分区之前,可以将count stopkey应用于索引的输出。
