更新第一个单元格后强制用户更新另一个单元格

Question

我有一个电子表格，其中包含销售清单。

当用户将“状态”列设置为“已关闭”时，我想强制他们在“已关闭日期”列中输入日期。

所以我有这个;

A1 (Status), B1 (Closed Date) 
Open, <blank> 
Open, <blank> 
Closed, 1/1/2018
