无法在IntelliJ IDEA的

我猜你有一个war包装项目与Maven和你已经标记你的servlet引擎（tomcat）提供。

不幸的是，IntellIJ IDEA不是add provided dependencies in the runtime classpath，这就是为什么当你从IDE运行它时你的项目无法工作。
