我是否需要针对使用谷歌播放服务（如应用内结算，云端存储和排行榜）的Android应用发布隐私政策？ 另外我使用Admob，但目前不是谷歌分析。

从谷歌网站：

If your app handles personal or sensitive user data (including personally 
identifiable information, financial and payment information, authentication 
information, phonebook or contact data, microphone and camera sensor data, and 
sensitive device data) then your app must: 

Post a privacy policy in both the designated field in the Play Developer 
Console and from within the Play distributed app itself. 

我不相信我访问可以识别用户的真实身份，或者是任何尚未公开的数据。

如果是，我可以在哪里生成一个免费的或获得基本模板的建议？

如果您不自己处理或存储任何用户信息，但只能通过标准的Google服务进行处理或存储，您可以不使用隐私政策。

如果您未通过第三方收集用户数据，则不需要隐私政策，但请记住Google的AdMob可以启用“针对用户兴趣的广告”。

根据AdMob Policies，您需要向最终用户透露您的应用已与使用行为再营销的第三方工具（如AdMob）集成，以及最终用户可以如何退出。
